Playing with friends

Hey, I'm sure you guys get this q a lot and maybe it's a stupid question but I want to ask since it's bugging me a little....
If I want to play with friends and not join a public server, is there any way to add friends and invite them to private lobbies so we don't have to deal with random people joining while also freely choosing the map that we want, I know I can create a server but I'm not very good with the whole techy techy stuff soo

Well, I did make the internet private but the UPnP does not enable and I'm actually not using a router right now, using my phone with usb tethering due to real life issues

Every time I try to log into admin on my internet it says that this site can not be reached
