Plutonium.exe doesn't launch at all

So I've downloaded pluto_t6_full_game and done everything, installed each and every runtime as well but still my plutonium.exe doen't launch at all. No error message nothing, don't launch at all. Please help!!

First of all thank you for your response. Installing them and It worked. But now I'm facing another issue and that is invalid game location even though i'm giving the right location. How to solve this.

Friend I always do that and install everything, I have the EsetNod32 antivirus I have done everything I have seen to solve this problem, and even so it does not start, the only way to start it that I found is, that every time I want to play "BO2 Plutonium "I have to restart my pc and then run it, it is the only solution I have found to be able to play. Any other solution that is not to restart the pc every time you want to play ?. I wait for someone's response.
