but my UPnP is still disabled ( I my network provider doesnt let me go into router settings ) -
Flamebane has the host started the match and are you using the host's radmin ip to connect to the match via the ingame console?

yes they have started the match and im also using their radmin ip to connect using console. I also tried putting :4976 and nothing.
