Is there a way to add commands to IW4MAdmin?

I wanna add commands like bank deposit, withdraw etc. but also a points change command in general, or maybe even like give perk command just some random cool stuff for owners. Where can I find more about this?

You can with plugins. I don't know off the top of my head the plugin for the zombies banks so you'll have to do some google searching.
