Dont start plutonium client :

A few days ago I changed windows, I reinstall the bo2 cod, I download the plutonium client in the post here where they make a guide to install correctly, but when I want to run the program to configure it to play, it does not start.... I check the task manager and when it runs it comes out "suspended" and then disappears, I have in my pc CPU: intel Celeron 7th g3930 and GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 1030 oc 2gb, it's strange that I've been here for a few months and it's the first time that this kind of problem happens to me where before it didn't give me problems at all. :c is there any way to solve it?

Hace unos días cambie de windows, vuelvo a instalar el cod bo2, descargo el cliente de plutonium en la el post de acá donde hacen guía de instalar correctamente, pero cuando quiero ejecutar el programa para configurarlo y poder así jugar, no inicia.... reviso administrador de tareas y cuando se ejecuta sale "suspendido" y después desaparece, tengo en mi pc CPU: intel Celeron 7th g3930 y GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 1030 oc 2gb, lo raro es que llevo desde hace unos meses por acá y es primera vez que me pasa este tipo problemas donde antes no me daba problemas para nada. :c hay alguna manera de solucionarlo?
