Is it possible to have Damage Numbers like Cold War Zombies?

If it is what functions should I be looking at?

There is already, when you hit zombies you will see +10 near score

Sorex damage numbers vs score points is different if you played black ops cold war you would know that now in zombies when you hit then/ shoot them you get back how much you actually damaged them by
