ps4 controller connecting issue

i cant connect my ps4 control to my pc, ive tried using a usb cable, steam , and bluetooth still nothing any ideas how to get it workin?

you can either use DS4Windows or a steam big picture configuration

PrizX steam big picture conflicts with pluto you have to just use ds4windows or another xinput emulator for ps controllers
