Can't Open The Plutonium File

how come every time i try to open the plutonium file i get an error message saying it denied access to the Plutoniumnew.exe file, try to connect to wifi and try again.

Also, try running Plutonium in Administrator mode.

Eumphoria in addition to what cooliox said make sure the torrent (if you used that to download the game) isn't still running (seeding) in your torrent client, if it is remove it.
