So the launcher dload and extensions aren't working and the link to those aren't working. help?

Then you copy and put it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

execute and wait for the update to be done

But you just have to download it here: http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
and copy this to your steam folder where you installed the IW5 Base-game and run it
( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 )
