Then you copy and put it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

and copy this to your steam folder where you installed the IW5 Base-game and run it
( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 )
