plutonium updater shutting down when i open

Heloo. I am using Windows 8.1 pro. I have downloaded BO2 on my PC + the new updater. When I try to open the file, the updater is just shutting down when I open. Can somebody help me?

Dss0 thank you. for me at least i have upgraded from windows 7 to 8.1
