Help for programs mod menu

Hello everyone! I want to ask about the injection of the famous menu mods to the game and I have seen several tutorials and none of them work for me. The laucher does not recognize me to inject file type (folder) I have tried with most programs. If you could help me I would appreciate it good day !.
