    Moodeking delete plutonium and plutonium.new (if you have it) and re-download the launcher from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.

          iSayki you can put plutonium.exe wherever you want, desktop works too. Why doesn't it work, what does it say?

                  iSayki caused by the same thing, the updater can't connect to the backend. Either caused by your isp blocking it in which case you can try changing your dns servers to 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 or some antivirus or firewall software you're using. Which antivirus software do you use?

                    windows i stop antivirus but dosen"t work

                      iSayki did you change dns?
                      You could also try using a vpn if you have one.
