UI ERROR 71562

when I enter any server, the game crashes and the screen goes black and nothing can be done. And an error comes UI ERROR 71562.
I have already reset the stats and deleted file 18397 but the problem still persists.
can someone please help because no server is opening. -
usually due to corrupted stats pls do resetstats and try again or I think its statsreset

hi, i've the same error, i tried to resetstats and delete 18937 but still can't manage to get it to work properly, is there something else that i can do or? thanks.
