My Account gets banned for not being able to authenticate on launch of black ops 2

im new to plutonium and ive created my first account like an hour ago, all worked well i downloaded bo2zombies but as soon as i pressed play it said unnable to authenticate with plutonium and banned me for 107 days, then because i didnt know what to do(i even asked on discord and got no answer) i created another account just for the ban to get longer....
does anyone have any solutions to this problem ?

Not possible, you probably cheated, got banned, and created like 15 accounts for the timer to go that far even when the ban message literally tells you not to. Not our fault you can't read. It's better to just come clean and tell the truth.

What a joke. We know exactly how our anticheat works and that's not it, the fact that you think you can lie to our faces like that is ridiculous.
Next time don't cheat, see you in 3 1/2 months.
