HannesC thx for the help, I managed to fix this issue but a new one came.
Once I open Plutonium on my Desktop, the updater isn’t working because the Access to the Path of Plutonium.new.exe got denied.

Add %localappdata%/Plutonium to your AV's exclusions. If you're using defender, here's an example.
