Diegoadm11 Yeah avast is a shit tier AV, doesn't matter if you turn it off it's still gonna run in the background. Uninstall it, restart your PC and try launching Pluto again.

Which windows version are you on? (Win + R, type winver, hit enter and copy paste the version/build no.) Also once you uninstalled avast, defender's gonna activate, don't disable it but follow this video https://streamable.com/5giauo

Yeah 1511 is too old, you need Win10 1607 version or newer as specified in this thread. Install all updates for your Windows.

JuanJo21 AlvaroCosta2 Was probably in a bad mood, sorry about that. Although I don't get how you still haven't solved it? The minimum requirements to run the launcher is win10 1607+. If you don't have that version, simply apply all the feature updates to your windows.
