It let me enter plutonium but now it only opens but does not start the launcher

I don't know what to do, I open it, but the launcher won't open, this has happened several times and the only solution that has worked for me is to uninstall it. HELP PLEASE

What antivirus do you use? Have you tried the solutions posted in the FAQ's guide?

I use the windows security one but I already put the plutonium folder as excluded even so it still does not fit me, yesterday morning if it worked well
