Help with hosting server

Hello,
I am trying to host a server, I am done with all the steps but whenever I try to launch my server it says that the directory I chose does not have the game even tho it is the right one (as seen in the picture). What should I do?

zxxzmute you selected the "games" folder inside that folder, do you have another bo2 installation in there?
Just set:"C:\Games\pluto_t6_full_game" -

zxxzmute yes that's fine. have you forwarded port 4977 udp in your router? Can you connect to it using the console?

zxxzmute well if you run both on the same pc you can only launch the server second, the game won't work when launching it first.
Check your windows firewall, create a rule to allow inbound traffic on 4977.
Also post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings. -

zxxzmute your friends should be able to see it in the list. It's possible you don't see it because your router doesn't support wan loopback.
The ip you have to use is the one you see when you visit this site: https://www.whatsmyip.org/
If that doesn't work but it does for your friends just use your internal ipv4 address (192.168.x.x). -

Can you start the server? I'll test some stuff. -
zxxzmute i don't get it.. your server is configured correctly and our master server sees it yet the udp connection on port 4977 is still blocked for some reason.

Does your router even get a public IPv4 address?
