It's not too hard
- Hit
Win+Rand paste this in and hit OK%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4 - Create a
modsfolder if you do not have one. - Extract the
mp_botsto this folder.
- Open WAW MP, go to Mods then
mp_bots.
- Hit

This is how it works, but if you try to run it on the server side through the main_shared folder then the server simply won't start. But probably this question is more for the bot developer.
