Notthepro guessing you have a low resolution monitor then? Well nothing you can do about that but i don't really see the problem either, it will disappear anyways as soon as you hit the play button.

i know my monitor is 144 hz this is my cousin's problem i do not have it he says that it is annoing

Notthepro it being 144hz has nothing to do with that but as i said, you can't resize the window.
