I contact you so it was possible to be deban because I used zombie software and I did not know that it was forbidden. thank you.

You still tampered with game memory (and not in LAN) hence why you got banned. Ban appeals aren't a thing now, read the anticheat policy https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/3449/anticheat-ban-policy
