no inicia instalador de plutonium

He descargado todo, directx y todos los programas que he visto que se necesitan y ya exclui la carpeta de windows defender y no se que mas hacer solo trato de iniciar el instalador de plutonium y no hace nada

HannesC i use windows defender and i already deactivadet it and i exluded the folder

Josueglzzz windows 10 10240 = 1507 is too old, you need atleast 14393 = 1607 to run plutonium.
