No, theres no reason for them to ban you for having plutonium (???) Plutonium isnt a cheat so they don't care.

Staff probably thought you were asking to mess around with cheats (which will get you banned in Pluto) hence why they said to use the LAN mode (which has the anticheat disabled). And no, other anticheats like EAC or whatev won't ban you for using Plutonium.
