Server never starts and keeps looping on restarts

Running the ZM Server executable says Server Starting then keeps looping on Server closed or dropped, restarting and never starts. THERES no crash dump for some reason

@Alpha-ibn-harb there is no game files in there, you're missing the "zone" folder.

Dss0 ok i did that and got it to start now it doesnt show up in the server list and wont connect me even through the command line in game and i have all ports forwarded

into the server console?
Are you running server and game on the same pc?

and no i am not running it on the same pc i am running it on a windows server 2019 vps

@Alpha-ibn-harb allow incoming traffic for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe in the windows firewall on the vps, it's located in %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin.
