Server never starts and keeps looping on restarts

@Alpha-ibn-harb there is no game files in there, you're missing the "zone" folder.

Dss0 ok i did that and got it to start now it doesnt show up in the server list and wont connect me even through the command line in game and i have all ports forwarded

Are you running server and game on the same pc?

and no i am not running it on the same pc i am running it on a windows server 2019 vps

@Alpha-ibn-harb allow incoming traffic for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe in the windows firewall on the vps, it's located in %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin.
