Issues with not being able to create textures

Every time I launch the Plutonium launcher an Error pops up saying
GPUDriverD3D11:CreateTexture, unable to create shader resource views for texture.
Is there any way I can combat this or is this just an issue on my end. I have already checked my DirectX and it is up to date on Directx12 and I have no other idea of what could be happening for me not to be able to launch it.

@YaMaIsYaDa yea but the issue isn't that you don't have directx installed, it's that your graphics card does not support dx11 on a hardware level.
