Problem w Plutonium Updater

When i try to download the updater it gives me this message:
Failed to download file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exeI've started over multiple times and follow the steps correctly and even got to the part where I couple go into it and select PLAY, but it closed out and when i tried to go back in I get that message. At this point I think I'm doing something wrong or my computer can't run it.

u've tried to run as admin ? Sometimes i've this problem. Or maybe remove pluto and reinstall it
