Ranvir_lopunny No, stop spreading misinformation. You can't get banned for using a VPN, however, most servers use a 3rd party server administration tool called iw4ma which blocks players with VPN from entering their servers.
I asked the OP just to use the VPN to get through the launcher, once he's ingame - he can shut off the VPN and play normally.
