can't instll plutonium

when i try open the luncher, it say unable to start the program properly and i tried search on yt to fix and still not working
pls help -

first i got "msvcp140.dll" and "vcruntime140.dll" missing error...
but after i download and place them it heppened that the app can't start properly -
@xBTxWOLF that's not what you're supposed to do. Delete any .dll's you downloaded and install all 3 of these:
