Plutonium.exe não acontece nada

boa tarde , baixei o plutonium em meu pc , mas ele simplesmente não inicia (nem dá sinal de vida ) simplesmente o cursor do mouse gira e mais nada , por favor me ajudem com alguma solução , queria muito jogar .
PS: tenho no meu pc o windows 10 64 bits , Com directX , Microsoft visual e Net Framework , me ajudem por favor.

Doesn't show a fetching updates window either? Hit Win+R, type winver and post a screenshot.
HannesC muito obrigado , o problema era o driver de video juntamente com o framework .
