Why i got banned ?

I just want to play some zombie rounds with a friend but when i try to log me in i get the message that i got banned for 14 days but for no reason. So my question is why i got banned and please could you unbann me ?

Letsnaruto did you try installing a mod menu even if it's for singleplayer, or have u modified any game files

@SayKo_ Nope, i didnt change anything or was trying to install a mod menu. I just wanted to play zombies

by the looks of it you tried to bypass your ban and got another week to that ban would advise not making more accounts. you did something in the 7 mins you started playing that caused you to get banned

FragsAreUs Yes i did a second acc because i just wanted to play zombies but i didnt do something. Ive tryed different methods to play custom games with my friend but i didnt do anything else.
