Bootstrapper Problem

hi, I'm trying to resolve this "bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" I don't know why it gets stuck when I launch plutonium.exe in the black windows with a message box

does someone know how to solve it?

and the dxsetup too.

Papissini973 hit windows key + R and type "winver" into the run box then hit enter. Screenshot the window that comes up.

Try launching cmd as admin, and run this command. Once finished, restart your PC.
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Also you downloaded the basegame through our torrent/steam right? And not some other repack?

HannesC hey, thanx 4 the help. I must have done something to my pc while doing the initial download. I ended up saying f**k it and reinstalled windows again and this time when I download the game it worked normally. thanx regardless. : )
