do you know how to fix it?

@SrNotFound https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6832/common-launcher-issues-solutions the first issue ("Launcher does not respond when trying to start it (or says MSVCP140.dll is missing") applies to "vcruntime140 missing" aswell.
