XINPUT1_4.dll is missing

The XINPUT1_4.dll is missing although I can find it in the System32 folder. I already tried to reinstall Plutonium, Bo2 and all the Microsoft Redistribuable and I'm on Windows 10

you might want to do a sfc /scannow and see if you have any corrupted windows files
