Can't manage to execute plutonium.exe

i downloaded the client installer and the T6 package, neither of the 2 plutonium.exe works for some reason. I tried to execute them after desactivating my antivirus (avira) but it still doesn't seem to get executed.
Do you have any idea what's blocking it ?
Is there another topic speaking of this already ?

Dss0 i installed .net framework and both vcredist but it still doesn't seem to work. i guess i should try to uninstall avira
