laucher closing when i press play

(launcher is closing when i hit play)ive unistalled my anti virus, ive done the %localappdata% thing, uninstalled an reinstalled the launcher many times, an done about every other option out there any help?

After you uninstall 3rd party AV software windows defender becomes active automatically so you may have to exclude the bootstrapper from scanning in windows defender: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/

i just installed the redistributables and have already done excluded the bootstrapper it still closes is there another explanation for this ? am i doing something wrong ?

You ran dxsetup.exe and installed directx? Also screenshot your defender's exclusions window.
Also you're on win10 right?
