Its tells me that i'm missing some importante Plutonium files, here is the screenshot of the errorelmanuu7788 try deleting the launcher (plutonium and plutonium.new) and re-downloading it from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.
If it still doesn't work try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10).
