Cant install BO2

I tried to open Plutonium launcher as I always do, but it wasnt opening (screenshot), so I restarted my pc, it still wasnt working so i decided to uninstall it by deleting the plutonium folder in the localappdata. Now im trying to install it and the same error occurs, what can I do?
