Failed to check for updates

Hey,
it says this when i try to download it. I can't even download the launcher

What can i do? Can someone help pls

-i tried VPN
-i tried a different DNS
-i tried to sync my clock
-i tried the unlock safe read
-i tried to redownload it
-i tried run as an administrator
-i tried everything ;(

What antivirus do you use? If you use BitDefender, BullGuard or any such AVs, disable their firewall option and launch Pluto again.

And btw, VPN should work regardless. Try another VPN if this doesn't work either.

i disabled the firewall, i disabled windows defender and i used a different protocol and it didnt worked.

@lResxt i use IPVanish and the problem is that i don't even have this folder.

i don't have plutonium in my localappdata folder idk why
