I can connect on the support website, but i don't manage to connect on the launcher. They put the same red message but without "Account not found". I've tried to reinstall all folders, but it doesn't work. I have also downloaded again the launcher but still doesn't work. Any idea ?
I'm sure this is the correct password and id because i wrote it and i have never changed it -

If you would have entered the correct id it would not write that, the username is case sensitive.
Feel free to try again and screenshot the window with the error message.
