What Anti-Virus Do you have? and is Pluto Set as an Exclusion

Do you have MSI afterburner or any apps similar to that try closing them fully and Launch the game

I don't have any antivirus, I deleted avast. So Plutonium can't be exclude.
I don't have anything from MSI, my pc is a bit old but he can run the game (he make it one time, and the campaign works)
And I don't know what are those apps who close my game but I don't have anything that could block the game -

Do you have any capture card software installed? Especially avermedia is known to cause this kind of issue.
