this is my problem when i want to open luancher
The program cant start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling program to fix this problem

WeeDStaRRR you could try installing all windows updates. Officially pluto supports win10 only tho.

vetxzyto download and run this https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat. If you have further issues create a new topic, this one is 2 years old.
