Only people on my internet can see my dedicated server. can anyone relate to this?

I've made a dedicated server and I noticed only me can see it in the server browser. I asked my friend who also lives near my house to come and try to find the server on his laptop while connected to my Wi-Fi. And he found it right away. Do you know what does that mean? and how to fix it? Appreciate any help<3

IQ4z post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings.

IQ4z remove the ips from "external source ip address", those fields need to be empty.
