SKIDROW APPID NOT CONFIGURED BO1

after installing the official things on the plutonium page, i played a bit and logged out because it wasn't my pc (i was installing the game for a mate), then when he logged with his own account, the SKIDROW error happened and we can't solve it (he doesn't have any skidrow repackage in his computer, he just installed the official game you guys provide in the torrent of the tutoarial page). Any help??
