I can't open up the plutonium launcher, it doesn't say any errors or nothing. I tried to delete it and opening up again but doesn't work.

Ineedhelp360 what's your Windows version (Win + R type winver and send a screenshot of the window).
Also what is your antivirus? (even if it is disabled or has exclusions) -

this is my version windows 8.1 it worked earlier then I installed windows again because the windows was having some issues but then it didn't worked when I open it nothing happens no matter how many time I click it even opening as admin didn't help I deleted everything on my pc related to plutonium reinstalled the plutonium launcher but the launcher still didn't open -
