launcher not working

anyone know how to fix this
whenever I open plutonium, this pops up and i reinstalled it and it shows same thing
restarted my pc and it still shows
I checked all support channels and forum post same thing
I literally tried all i could reinstalled all files etc. nothing works -

Thomaskuhh I have this same problem I have everything downloaded but this won’t launch for me? I used like the windows 64 thing?

Ph Ju1ian this just means your version of windows is too old. you need win10 v1607 or later to run pluto.

Thomaskuhh I'm on windows 11 it was working for a few weeks but then it randomly stopped working

Dss0 I'm on windows 11 I was playing bo2 and o1 multiplayer and zombies perfectly fine then this happened
