A few DLL files not found after keep my files factory reset

I just factory reset my pc and was wondering if anyone can help me in finding the missing dll files for plutonium

Names of missing dll files:
MSVCP140.DLL
VCRUNTIME140.DLL

edit:the two dll files exist. How do I fix it?
