The game would not start

When I press play the game starts loading, and two screens pop up, one for the cmd and the other for the game. The game screen goes black, and the cmd screen stops here, as shown in the picture.

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click)r_fullscreen 2; vid_restartthen press EnterIf it doesn't work then please answer with your antivirus name and also where you downloaded BO2 files from

I download it from here https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#t6-black-ops-2 using uTorrent
And I use only windows antivirus
