Treyarch Has A Tool That Deletes Most Of The Cut Content From The Game Files.Man That's Really Annoying.

A lot of these images were from the pre release version of bo2 for console. Dev kits usually have pre release versions of the game. That's where people also found audio files that were cut out for different game modes. You might be able to find these dev kits to download somewhere on the internet. https://web.archive.org/ is a great place to find stuff like this for kits, dumps etc

hindercanrun someone who had the alphas for BO2 unfortunately had their channel deleted quite a wile ago, i knew i should had gotten those files

For those images with low res you can probably lower the image size to make it clear and then upscale it from there to make them look better.
